remember how i told you that i needed to lose some poundage.
well. 
that still stands.
and i am going all out. 
im doing a month of two a days.
{the gym twice in one day} 
this is my new experiment.
eating healthy. 
not dieting.
just eating healthy. 
and working this bod of mine out. 
i weighed myself two days ago.
{at the beginning} 
and will not even glance at a scale.
until my month is up.
i have been doing it for two days now. 
so 2 down and 28 more to go.

im off to the gym. wish me luck.
